Billing & Payment

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There are no credit card surcharges. Please be sure to provide the exact name, billing address, and telephone number as they appear on the credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the time processing the order. Orders that are shipped to an address other than the billing address listed with the credit card company require a temporary, alternate shipping note added to the account. Applying this note may also cause a short delay in processing time, but you will be notified of this. This note is required for first time purchases only and is used to verify that the cardholder is placing the order. This is for your security. Please note that we will accept credit cards with verifiable account information with the Card Issuer. In the event that the Card Issuer is located outside of U.S. or Canada, we will not be able to process the order. All transactions are subject to verification for safety and security purposes.

We also accept cashier's checks, personal checks, wires transfers, and purchase orders. Purchase orders will require a 10% surcharge. In addition, we accept PayPal payments via any funding method. Certified funds and personal checks must clear before a product ships. Sorry, we do not accept money orders due to fraud-related issues. Shipping Information

The delivery time of an order is determined by our processing time (time between ordering the product to the time that the product leaves our warehouse) and the selected shipping method (Ground, Air, Overnight, Before 9 am.).

The vast majority of orders received before 12PM EST will ship the same day. Due to order and inventory levels, credit card verification processes, inclimate weather, and even airport delays, some orders may take up to 48 hours for us to process. You will be notified via email if your order won't process and ship on the same day the order was placed.

SECURE SMB does not normally process orders on weekends and Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend and on a Holiday will be processed the following business day unless you follow our Off-Hours Order Procedures as detailed below.

We normally ship via Fedex. If you would like shipping other than with Fedex, please contact our Sales Department to place your order. A processing charge may be assessed for any order shipped by other means and company.

Items in stock are shipped from Toronto. In addition, we work with several large distribution companies that have warehouse throughout the US and Canada. If your item is not in stock or expected to be in stock within 48 hours, we may choose to drop-ship your order from one of our distributors. SECURE SMB does not allow re-routing of packages while in transit for security purposes.

Off-Hours Order Procedures

We have in-depth knowledge of the products we sell and the service to backup every sale. We may not stock what we sell and are flexible about getting you the product you need. We realize that business isn't just 9 to 5 and emergencies occur.

We can deliver hardware to any location in the world within 48 hours. We can provide telephone support at any time of the day or night. Our rates for these services will vary depending on your exact requirements.

Re-stocking Fee: Any hardware returned to SECURE SMB is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

[Please Note:] Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns of electronic licensing due to restrictions from our distribution and manufacturing partners.

We do not accept returns or issue a refund for opened box that has been registered or configured. We will not accept a return for any item if the original packaging is not in resalable condition as determined by our staff. No refund will be issued until the returned item has been inspected by our staff.
